Delivery policy

Items ordered will be despatched the same day wherever possible – you will be notified at the time of ordering if there is going to be a delay in sending them out. We will not take payment from you until goods are available for despatch.

Delivery is charged at cost – for small items this should be no more than £3, with larger/heavier items costing up to £10. 

Items valued over £50 will need to be signed for, so please provide an address where someone is available to accept and sign for the delivery. If you are not there, a card will be left offering you options to arrange for re-delivery or collection from the depot, but if you don’t contact them the goods may be returned to us and we may charge for costs involved in this and re-delivery.

For shipping outside the UK please phone the office to discuss costs and options.

Returns, cancellations and exchanges policy

Before making any returns, please contact us on 01947 603475 or by email (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) to let us know what the issue is and get a return agreement. Please use original packaging wherever possible, and include a note with your returned parcel to explain the problem, as well as a number where you can be contacted during working hours.

If your goods are faulty or damaged when received, please contact us immediately and return the item(s) to us for exchange or refund.

If you are not happy with a product purchased for any other reason, you may return it to us, in its original packaging, unused and in 100% saleable condition, for an exchange or credit voucher.

Returns should be sent to Musicport, 16 Skinner Street, Whitby, YO21 3AJ.

If the problem is due to an error on our part, we will refund your original purchase and the postage costs. In other circumstances you will be responsible for the cost of return.

If you wish to cancel an order or part of it, this may be done at no cost up to the time of despatch. Just call us on 01947 603475. If your order has already been despatched, it will be your responsibility to ensure its return to us in a saleable condition. As above, please contact us to get a return agreement. This must be done within 14 days of despatch to you.

Please be assured that we do not hold your financial information once payment has been processed and cleared by our bank.

We will never share your personal details with other organisations or release data to a third party for any reason.

Your details will be used to keep you informed by email about our activities, special offers and related news which may be of interest to you – about 3-4 times a year. If you prefer not to receive this information you may opt out at the time of placing your order or at any time in the future by contacting us to unsubscribe.
